ST WILLIAM

Tekuchi worked with St William to create the Prince of Wales Drive interactive. We produced a 3D Realtime ApartmentFinder to show the inside and outside of this development, located in the bustling district of Battersea. Tekuchi also created a portable Media Table for overseas launches and managed exhibitions in different cities worldwide.

INTERACTIVE APPLICATION - 3D REALTIME APFINDER + MEDIA WALL

The Prince of Wales Drive ApartmentFinder introduces the development and its surroundings, enhancing the project’s focus on landscaping. Using Tekuchi’s 3D London model for the surrounding area, our visualisation team created a dedicated landscape section to explore the development’s rich open spaces. Each block is modelled in 3D to show current and future phases. Going into each block, the user can select apartments from coloured overlays in the 3D floorplates to see apartment details and views.
The application also controls a larger Media Wall screen presentation.

MEDIA TABLE

Tekuchi created a portable version of its Media Table system for ease of transport to overseas events. With a custom-made wooden casing, the touchscreen displays a 2D version of the ApartmentFinder system created for the Marketing Suite. Customized video animations and fly-ins over the major London points of interest using Tekuchi’s fully textured 3D environment are a refreshing take on the location section.

MARKETING SUITE

Our project designers consulted on the Prince of Wales Drive Marketing Suite to create an enhanced setup for the development sales team. Centred on the architectural model, the mirrored model stand includes a custom-built plinth for the 32″ touchscreen. The wall screen displays the Media Wall component of the interactive application.

MODEL LIGHTING

The interactive application connects with the architectural model by Kandor Moldelmakers using the Tekuchi Light Controller Lightspace320i, to create light patterns and animations.

EXHIBITIONS

Tekuchi designed Prince of Wales Gardens exhibition stand for Cityscape in Doha, Qatar and provided lightboxes, graphics and interactive screens. The travel model, showcasing the Media Table software, and touchscreens were installed and managed by the Tekuchi team.
