We are looking for experienced Architectural 3d Visualisers who have made the move into realtime viz. Our team is now working in Unity HDRP to create stunning interactive visualisation experiences set into our Digital Twin of London and we are super excited to be able to grow our team of enthusiastic creators.

 

REQUIRED

  • Solid understanding of architectural drawings
  • Ability to create 3d models from architectural drawings or Revit models
  • Expert knowledge of 3dsmax and Revit and AutoCAD
  • Solid experience in Unity HDRP or Unreal
  • In depth knowledge of High Poly to Low Poly Workflow including LODS, Charting and UV Unwrapping
  • PBR Materials creation, Architectural specification led Texture Generation and a comprehension of Texel Density
  • Physically Based Lighting knowledge
  • Real time Lighting, Reflections, Refractions and Ambient Occlusion using: Screen Space, Raytracing,  and PathTracing
  • Baked lighting techniques using: CPU & GPU
  • Lightmaps and UV channel optimizations for baked lighting processes
  • Cinemachine and Recorder to be able to export high end visuals
  • Cinematic Post Process Volumes, using: ACES Color Correcting, Filmic Tonemapper, Color Grading, VFX (Bloom and Glare) techniques

Vegetation Artist

Location: Remote Melbourne - Australia, London - UK

We are looking for a dedicated and talented Vegetation and Environment artist to create botanically correct vegetation and landscapes to add AAA quality to our realtime architectural simulations.  You must be self driven and genuinely enthusiastic about all things Flora!

You will work with a team of architectural visualisers and game devs to create stunning photorealistic environments in Unity HDRP.

 

REQUIRED

  • Good spoken and written English
  • Keen understanding of the importance of Creating, Categorising and Managing a botanically correct vegetation library for realtime at AAA quality
  • High Poly to Low Poly modelling techniques
  • Super eye for detail and accuracy
  • Collecting all required assets from various sources  which may include raw photography for each specimen
  • SpeedTree 8/Growfx proficiency as well as other appropriate software and hand modelling techniques
  • Professional level in 3dsmax, Blender, Maya or Houdini
  • Excellent proficiency in a texturing software such as Substance Painter/Designer, Quixel Suite, Photoshop etc
  • Good knowledge of PBR workflow and shader techniques including knowledge of ShaderGraph
  • Full understanding of optimisation and performance driven assets

Nice to Have

  • It would also be very useful if you had the ability to build hard and soft landscape models from architectural CAD data

Nice to have

  • Practical experience of photogrammetry
  • Working knowledge of Simplygon Pipelines

Technical Materials Artist

We are looking for a methodical and creative Technical Materials Artist to work as a key member of our Architectural Visualisation team. The emphasis is on incredibly accurate textures as specified by architects and designers with accurate physical properties and appearance. You will work closely with the viz team to create a library of well designed standard materials as well as creating bespoke materials for each project.

 

REQUIRED

  • Ability to create stunning Architectural specification led PBR Materials
  • Strong understanding of Unity Shadergraph
  • In depth knowledge of High Poly to Low Poly Workflow including Baking, LODS, Charting and UV Unwrapping
  • Expert knowledge of textures creation packages such as substance Designer and substance Painter, Quixel as well as hand creation of seamless textures in Photoshop
  • Optimized Instanced Materials creation
  • Physically Based Lighting knowledge
  • Understanding of how materials react with Real time Lighting, Reflections, Refractions and Ambient Occlusion using: Screen Space, Raytracing,  and PathTracing
  • Photogrammetry experience, including shader blending of photogrammetry assets

Skills

  • Good traditional art foundation
  • Lighting and/or photography experience
  • Experience implementing and maintaining material pipelines

Visualisation Technical Lead

We are looking for an experienced Visualisation Technical Lead to bridge between clients’ technical teams and our Visualisation Team. You must have a solid visualisation background and very strong technical skills in architecture and BIM. Your role will involve organising and auditing project datasets for the viz team as well as managing production of 3d modelling and technical sign off of computer models and imagery. Your visualisation background will enable you to open and investigate all files to assist in preparation of the projects and ongoing technical liaison to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of projects.

 

REQUIRED

  • Solid understanding of architectural drawings including detail drawings
  • Ability to create 3d models from architectural drawings or Revit models
  • Ability to process Revit models for visualisation purposes
  • Expert knowledge of 3dsmax and Revit and AutoCAD
  • Good understanding of BIM, site wide coordination and materials specification
  • Strong understanding of pipeline based workflows

Skills

  • Be able to manage a team of artists
  • Proven Project management skills
  • A strong team player with leadership qualities

Qualifications

At least a Degree in Architecture, Industrial Design or Interior Design, post graduate preferred

Engineer to be a part of our new team developing end to end photogrammetry streaming visualisation software.

Tasks

  • Work on a GLTF/3d Tiles streaming system
  • Create a processing engine to create the Hierarchical formats required for streaming 3d data.

Skills

  • High proficiency in C++, C#, STL, Boost, Object Oriented Design
  • Strong mathematical ability
  • Good knowledge of streaming and LOD based 3d data processing
  • Experience with 3D computational geometry, constructive solid geometry or boundary
    representation.
  • Experience with linear algebra in the Euclidean space
  • Experience with GIS (Geospatial Information Systems) and World/Local Geodetic systems
  • GIS knowledge including concepts, coordinate systems, tools, and data formats particularly
    3dtiles and GLTF 2.0
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, reporting, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Test-driven development mindset and a focus on quality, scalability and performance
  • Strong programming fundamentals and ability to produce high quality code
  • SVN, Git, Agile, Jira


Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree/Masters/PHD required, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics or related field
