After working with Canary Wharf on its first residential development, 10 Park Drive, Tekuchi created a mobile display to showcase its Residential New Neighbourhood. Comprising of an interactive 3D application, model lighting and bespoke stand, the stand was present in different malls for one month.

3D REALTIME INTERACTIVE APPLICATION

Focusing on the New Neighbourhood, the 3D interactive application presents the location via the highly detailed and fully textured Tekuchi 3D London Model. Starting with an overview of the location, its main points of interest and buildings, Tekuchi also created a set of interactive realtime animations to present the area.

MARKETING SUITE CONSULTANCY

For the Marketing Suite Tekuchi designed bespoke model plinths to integrate the touchscreens around the Canary Wharf Residential model.

SHOPPING MALL DISPLAYS

Tekuchi designed the Canary Wharf Residential mall displays and created bespoke branded furniture to encompass a touchscreen, backlit panels and the architectural model. We also managed the exhibition components and logistics and ensured the setup and breakdown of the stand at different shopping malls throughout a month.

MODEL LIGHTING

The interactive application connects with the architectural model, produced by Kandor Modelmakers, using the Tekuchi Light Controller Lightspace320i to create light patterns and animations.
