ST JAMES

Tekuchi worked with St James to create a set of unique solutions for the final release of The Corniche in London and overseas markets. Focusing on its exclusive views over the River Thames, we created exhibition stands, a 3D interactive application, integrated model lights and consulted in the Marketing Suite setup and photography.

3D REALTIME APARTMENTFINDER APPLICATION + MEDIA WALL

The Corniche ApartmentFinder showcases Albert Embankment and surrounding areas in detail. Minimal and sleek, the bespoke application interface uses the Tekuchi 3D London model to reveal the development’s unique location and views. The detailed development model showcases its unique exterior features and the apartments section displays views for the model from every apartment window. The media wall application highlights these features in a set of screens on the wall.

MARKETING SUITE

For the project’s Marketing Suite, Tekuchi provided consultancy services for both hardware and software integration, bespoke furniture design as well as location photography in display at the suite. The previous architectural model by Kandor Modelmakers is currently in use which required the creation of a custom made lighting integration module.

EVENTS

Our exhibition services designed and set up stands for The Corniche at the Middle East Cityscape events, encompassing Luminex panels, touchscreens and architectural models.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Our specialist photography team worked with St James to create a unique night shot view from the Merano Residences as well as an ultra high resolution day photograph for the Marketing Suite panels.
